Krimp is a fashion and lifestyle brand providing linen apparel through our online store at www.krimplifestyle.co. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, and supported digital wallets. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. In case of stock unavailability or payment issues, Krimp reserves the right to cancel or refund an order.
3. Shipping
We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Krimp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@krimplifestyle.co with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design elements — is the property of Krimp and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
