We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping may be available at checkout for select pin codes.
International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international delivery.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
To begin a return, email hello@krimplifestyle.co with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
